How it works
At your introductory session, we’ll have a look at what you’re aiming to achieve. I’ll tell you more about my background, how I keep my training up through supervision etc and explain what I can offer as your coach.
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll discuss how our time together will work and agree the number of and space between sessions.
Online appointments are available most weekdays and some Saturdays.
Face-to-face appointments are also available on a case-by-case basis.
I offer free 30-45 minute introduction sessions as a way of testing the water and seeing if you think coaching with me will be right for you.
After that, fees apply on a sliding scale for full 1.5 hour sessions. Please get in touch for a quote.
I also offer group or team coaching.
