How do you want to grow?

"You have a lovely manner as a coach, and you certainly earned my trust.”

About me

I trained as a personal and professional coach with Barefoot Coaching in 2017 and have been building up my experience ever since with individuals and teams. I’ve experienced first hand the benefits coaching can bring – both for me and my clients. Those lightbulb moments are like watching magic happen!

I’m also very proud to have worked for the NHS all my career. I’ve worked in communications for more than 20 years and am a facilitator for action learning with the NHS Leadership Academy.

As well as fantastic times, I’ve experienced many of the ups and downs that life can throw at us – bereavement, loss, relationship breakdown, bullying at work, domestic abuse and change of all sorts – and coaching has helped me through it all. In fact, I coach myself all the time now; it’s become second nature!

I believe coaching can be particularly beneficial when you’re going through a transition into a different phase of your life, whether through choice or otherwise. It’s also great for the times when everything is ‘fine’ but you feel as though you’re treading water and wanting more from life but don’t know where to start.

In short, whatever you’re facing, coaching can make the world of difference. Why not give it a go?

Any questions?
